I started my real estate journey within 3 months of landing in Canada. Taking a leap of faith, I invested all my savings into my first property!! I house-hacked by renting a portion of my home to friends, which enabled me to save and invest in my next rental property. Since then, I’ve expanded into rental properties, fix-and-flip projects, and have successfully helped dozens of clients buy investment properties.

Throughout this journey, I invested heavily in learning about real estate through courses, books, and networking with other successful investors. In this blog, I’ll share four essential books that transformed my approach to real estate investing and can do the same for you.
